We currently ship international. Please note that orders shipped international will be charged an additional handling fee and are not currently eligible for free shipping offers. Additionally, purchasers are responsible for assigning a customs broker and payment of all duties on the shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based for large orders and small orders are all flat rate. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Products are shipped FOB origin via USPS or UPS. For shipping damage, customers must file a claim with their carrier immediately. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Sorry, we are not responsible for misdelivered, lost or stolen items delivered to your mailbox or porch.
All returns require prior authorization (SHIPPING RETURN NUMBER “SRN”)
We want your experience with our products to be positive and are here to service your needs. The following contains our policy for Customer Service and Warranty.
Cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed in our system and credit card authorization is approved. You must follow the standard return proceedure once your order arrives.
Due to the strict health regulations, opened cartridges and E Liquid cannot be returned for a refund. Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of SF LLC for defective items in lieu of refunds. All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Within thirty (30) days of delivery, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective under normal use. After 30 days, all claims for defective parts should be made directly with the manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
1. Modification, alteration or repair of this product by anyone other than SF LLC;
2. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use as included in the instructions.
3. Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or
4. Use of our product with other manufacturers’ chargers, batteries or cartridges.
Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.
All returns require prior authorization, (an SRN number) and must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation and a copy of original packing slip or store receipt, not less than 10 days after delivery. To request an SRN, follow the instructions here or contact Customer Service. Once authorized, clearly write the RMA number on both the copy of the packing slip and the outside of the packaging.
The back of the packing slip must include the following:
1.The name you placed the order under.
2.Telephone number.
3.Email address.
4.Your return shipping address.
5.The reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components.
6.The Customer Service representative name & date who authorized your return.
7.Your order number & SRN Number
Please keep the SRN number and reference it when checking the status of the return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns or lack of RMA number will be refused and will be returned to you. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless we are at fault. Please note letter-style paper envelopes are not sturdy enough to send small parts and may be damaged and lost. Returns of items purchased should be in a bubble mailer or a box.
